​ATHLETIC PARK RENTAL RATES

REGULAR USER RATES for 2025:​

• FIELD ONLY (2 hour Minimum) - available only to LOCAL GROUPS

  • ​Local Groups - $63.00 per hour plus GST

  • Non-local - $84.00​

• ***A booking of 12 hours to 25 hours will be entitled to a fee reduction of 20%

• ***A booking of 26 hours or more will be entitled to a fee reduction of 25%

• ***A snow removal surcharge of 20% will apply to each booking date in March, April and November

• FIELD, DRESSING ROOMS, CLOCK, AUDIO SYSTEM (2 hour minimum)

  • ​Local Adult and Youth - $95.00 per hour plus GST

  • Non Local Adult and Youth - $115.50 per hour​ plus GST 

• ​***A booking of 12 hours to 25 hours will be entitled to a fee reduction of 20%

• ***A booking of 26 hours or more will be entitled to a fee reduction of 25%
• ***A snow removal surcharge of 20% will apply to each booking date in March, April and November

• FIELD LIGHTS (1 hour minimum)

  • ​All Users - $80.00 per hour or part there of - Plus GST
     

• GATE

  • ​Gate manned by renter the L.A.P.A. to get 20% of gross gate receipts

  • If L.A.P.A. mans the gate the L.A.P.A. will retain 100% of gross gate receipts
     

• ​CONCESSION

  • ​If a renter wishes to have a concession the fee is $ 55.00 plus GST

​

• ​HOSPITALITY SUITE

  • ​May be booked exclusively for $ 60.00  plus GST per game or event.

  • Outside of Lacombe County of Lacombe - $105.00 per game or event

• ​GAMES of CHANCE 

  • ​If a renter wants run games of chance i.e. 50/50's then must have all permits as outlined in user agreement
     

• ​SECURITY

  • All youth events must have Adult supervision on premises at all times​
     

• ​DAMAGE DEPOSITS

  • ​A Damage Deposit of $300.00 may be required at the discretion of Facility Manager at start of rental time 

  • Damage Deposit will be returned at completion of event after facility inspection by a L.A.P.A. facility manager or L.A.P.A. designate 
     

• JANITORIAL - If janitorial is required, the rate is $25.00 per hour​

• RENTAL RATES

  • ​If a renter requests back to back booking times with less than two hours in between requested times they will be charges the full booking rate for the between booking times request
     

• USER DEFINITION

  • ​LOCAL is defined as the "USER GROUP" is based in the City of Lacombe or in the Lacombe County
