PROJECT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 

 FIELD SPONSORS:                                        $50,000.00     

Have your company’s logo as one of four predominantly displayed on the field in front of the bleachers for a ten year period viewed by over 30,000 visitors per year.

 

 SCORECLOCK SPONSOR:                           $50,000.00

This is the opportunity to have every visitor to the park view your company’s name and logo exclusively every time they check the score in the game!  This investment is for a ten year term.

 

 MURAL SPONSOR:                                        $17,000.00

The Municipal Planning Commission has recommended that our Field House join the many beautiful buildings in Lacombe that currently promote our heritage with murals displayed on the buildings.  Imagine your company portrayed exclusively as part of the mural on the Encana Field House.

 

 BLEACHER SPONSORS:                               $6500.00

Have a 6’ X 4’ produced sign displayed on the entrance side of the bleachers at the park.  This is for a five year term with first right of refusal to renew for an extended period. 

 

 RECOGNITION PLAQUES:

Permanent wall plaques located on the Field House near the entrance of the park.  Three levels of sponsorship.

 

PLATINUM - $5000.00 and up          GOLD - $2500 and up     SILVER - $1000.00

 

 WORK-IN-KIND DONATIONS:

Can your business provide us with materials or labour in order to complete the project.  Assistance with construction of bleachers or installation of field lighting or scoreclock, moving earth and shipping fill, supplying gravel or pitrun; supplying signage, fencing, almost anything you can imagine.  Have your company recognized on a monument plaque at the entrance to the park

 

 FUNDRAISING EVENTS:

To date many local businesses have supported our project by hosting events to raise money for our projects.  We will help you promote your event with help from our media supporters and through our Associations vast network of members and Lacombe football alumni.

SEATING PLAQUE - $250 each (1000 Available)

Buy your name plaque on a permanent seat in the new bleachers, this is a tax deductible charitable donation.
